Common questions

• Is CSV balancing really free? Yes — always. A subscription is only needed for connecting banks via Plaid.
• My bank isn't listed. More institutions are added over time; CSV import works with any bank that can export transactions.
• How far back does bank history go? Roughly 90 days before the date you first connected the bank, growing forward from there. The app shows your exact cutoff date.
• How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
